I’m planning another youth meeting today, well this morning. This one’s about the miracle catch of fish, that breaks Simon Peter’s fishing nets. It’s a good one. Good miracle, Jesus. And just like the miracle of the feeding of the 5000 wasn’t about the bread, this miracle is not about the fish. Come to the youth meeting on Friday to find out what it’s really about! Or, you probably know anyway.
And of course, today it is my wife’s 30th birthday. We had presents/cards/breakfast in bed this morning, then she went off to work, then she’s coming back to me at 4pm, then we’re going out for tea with her family (and my in-laws!). Meanwhile, I have a lot of jobs to do, and planning youth is just one of them.
Next is planning a Bible study for M3 this Saturday morning. Then other miscellaneous jobs, some random, some birthday related.
